This shop was great! They had all of the insurance claim information before I arrived and even called me to see if I could come in earlier than the system allowed me to to get the process started. Parts came in early which meant I could get my car earlier than expected as well. Great communication throughout the repairs and everything was just peace for my mind. Thanks Caliber Collision

Great place! Honestly very friendly and nice staff. The guy who helped me was amazing and gave me guidance on how to proceed without even charging me a dollar! Great place! 100% recommended.

I saw good reviews for this place but I was very surprised when it was less than that. My sunroof needed to be replaced and it was a nightmare, front reception older woman had horrible customer service, and couldn’t be bothered to do her job. They took my car in on monday and every day it was placebo service, no one even called me on monday after i dropped it off to tell me what they assessed or expect ? i had to call back and the receptionist gave me huge attitude told me she doesn’t even know who i am , girl im the registered owner on the car? hello?? it was so unprofessional and then finally she said she doesn’t know… ? Glass was delayed by 2 days. and to make matters better they expected me to pick it up last minute notice by 5pm, when they previously told me that day it’d be done by 5:30 ish that day!! Literally a nightmare with so much confusion and placebo services being promised. i have no idea how they have great reviews is beyond me. if you’re getting glass done or with progressive and they send you here your car will be out for a week and they’ll hold onto it and tell you every day its delayed :’)

They were able to provide us a quick and thorough estimate to fix the front end of our car the same morning we called. We couldn’t get the front hood to latch, so they fixed it before we decide to turn in the vehicle at a later date. This is excellent customer service.

Jordan solved my problem in minutes. Had a small soft indentation in the left bumper. My insurance company had sent me to Caliber for an estimate. He said it was a simple, quick fix and had his team on it immediately. I was all done in about 15 minutes. No muss no fuss. Rare these days to get straight talk and immediate, professional service with a smile. Thank you Caliber! I am immensely grateful and will continue to let people know you are the place to go🙏🏼
